Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Jugaar LLC (“Jugaar”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit the AVA Operator website, request an installation token, buy or administer a subscription, or contact support. It also explains an important boundary: AVA Operator is designed so call content remains under the operator's control.

Information we receive

• Website and signup information: your work email, company name and optional PBX information you submit, plus IP address, time, browser and basic security logs generated when our services receive a request.
• Account and Installation information: account identifiers, installation-token and registry state, subscription status, purchased capacity, audit events and the technical identifiers needed to operate licensing and updates.
• Payment information: Stripe processes card, billing, tax and payment details. We receive Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, status and quantity identifiers. We do not receive or store complete card numbers.
• Support information: messages, diagnostics or other information you deliberately send to support.

Call data and product telemetry

Call recordings, transcripts and call history are stored on the operator-controlled appliance or storage the operator configures. They are not automatically uploaded to Jugaar. AVA Operator v1 ships with zero product telemetry: it does not send us call metadata, health beacons or automatic support bundles. An operator may choose to send a locally generated, redacted support bundle when asking for help.

During a call, the appliance may send live audio, text and instructions directly to AI providers configured by the operator. The operator chooses those providers, supplies the credentials and is responsible for their terms and data handling. Jugaar does not receive that call content through the product.

Operators and their Customers decide how call content is collected, used, retained and disclosed. They are responsible for recording notices, consent and other applicable communications laws.

How we use information

We use information to deliver installation tokens and licence evidence, administer subscriptions and capacity, secure the Hub, prevent abuse, provide support, comply with law and improve the public website. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Service providers

• Stripe processes checkout, subscriptions, billing, tax and payment events.
• Resend delivers transactional email such as installation tokens.
• Cloudflare serves and protects the public website and Hub, and receives technical request information such as IP address, request headers and security events.
• GitHub hosts private AVA Operator container images and related downloads, and receives technical request information when an Installation obtains or pulls them.
• Google Analytics measures public-site pages and approved actions only after you opt in. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled, form contents are never sent, and declining prevents the Google tag from loading.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own and apply their own privacy and security terms.

Retention and security

We keep account, licensing, billing, security and support information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, contractual records, dispute handling and legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate and least-privilege credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we control, or object to or restrict certain processing, subject to applicable law and records we must retain. You can change your public-site analytics choice at any time. AVA Operator does not send marketing email at launch; transactional service messages may still be required. Contact [email protected].

Children and changes

AVA Operator is a business service and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate account or website notice.
